Like links, we usually accept everything except pornography, usually. Interesting content related to the seemingly broad topics of culture and design. Preferably original. Articles for unique content you would like featured on our site, Content for blogs, reviews, etc. You can also use this form for relaying messages and information about events or happenings you would like us to post.
That's a pretty good question. We typically try pretty hard, college-effort style, to promote the web-site and all related content. So essentially its a lot of free promotion for whatever you submit and another resource to get content published. Soon we'll be moving to an old-fashioned paper format as well and expanding our network, so one day we might be able to remove the Why should I even bother? questions and replace them with more advertisements. Hopefully.
Hell no! As soon as you submit your content one of our administrators will review it immediately for relevance, punctuation and so forth and get in contact with you about publishing it on this web-site.
Maybe, maybe not. We might put some pictures on it, of course a YouTube video or two. Maybe three. But, you will receive a revised copy before it gets published. If you specifically do not want it edited in any way, make sure to note that in the description.
You can send all submissions to submissions@horseeatstown.com if you would rather not use this form. Particularly if your content has images, special formatting, or anything else our submission form can't do.
Of course not! But, if you really like sending us stuff for some reason and find yourself using this form a lot, make sure to e-mail webmaster@horseeatstown.com and we can get you a personalized account.
Our main area of interest is the Northeastern United States, essentially about the middle of Ohio to Pittsburgh and then maybe down around the D.C. area, essentially. Preferably, related to culture and design, but everyones likes a good garage sale, spaghetti dinner. All the good stuff.
Our own web-site blog contains a host of random and sporadic web-design / development tutorials, and we were professionally educated on Photoshop and Illustrator tutorials, but anything design related at all is welcome.
We reserve the right to refuse any submission. And there's probably some related stuff in our disclaimer. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact webmaster@horseeatstown.com
